Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Policy Once an order is accepted, cancellations are typically not allowed. Refunds may be considered under certain circumstances after the order is accepted, subject to a 15% processing fee.

Refund Eligibility Refunds may be granted for orders that have not yet been accepted. Refunds may be granted in cases of product defects, incorrect orders, or significant delays, subject to the General Policy.

Refund Amount Refunds will be processed for 85% of the total order value, minus any applicable fees. A 15% processing fee will be deducted to cover administrative costs.

Refund Timeline Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days to your original payment method or submitted bank account.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations before order acceptance may be eligible for a full refund. Once an order is accepted, cancellation is subject to our general refund policy.
