In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide images of the damaged items. Upon review, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

We understand that sometimes products may not fully meet your expectations. In such cases, please contact us directly. We will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis to determine if we can offer a return at your location. This service, if offered, will be subject to an additional charge.

If a return is offered for products that did not meet expectations, a nominal cost will be applied. This cost covers the expense of picking up the product from your doorstep and delivering it back to us. The exact cost will be clearly communicated to you before the return process is initiated.
